    Lee Roy Minugh worked for The Douglas Aircraft Company in the 1940's this was about the time he met Madge his beautiful wife and settled down for a minute while they had  a couple kids. While working at Douglas Lee Roy Minuigh received numerous awards for suggestions to improve equipment used in the manufacturing of aircraft.
